Place tea leaves, cloves, zest and cinnamon sticks into a cheesecloth and tie at the top. Bring 8 cups of water to a boil, add the bag and allow to steep, covered, for 10 minutes. Add lemon juice and honey and serve. If covered and kept cool, Russian Spiced Tea is good for two to three days. Gift in mason jars with a cheerful ribbon.
